【Milk Truck Special Features】

1. Tank inside material is made of FOOD GRADE stainless steel 304-2B plate, tank can be divided into multi compartments, inside tank is required to be very smooth, no sharp angle. Each milk tank is equipped with a CIP (cleaning device), and the tank is equipped with a washer, which is automatically sprayed and cleaned by water, and there is no dead angle at 360°.
2. The middle of the tank is an insulating layer, which has a heat preservation effect and prevents the fresh milk from deteriorating. When the temperature difference between day and night is large, the 24-hour temperature change does not exceed 1°C. The thermal insulation material adopts 80mm thick polyurethane foam material for thermal insulation.
3. The outer layer of the tank (the protective layer that wraps the insulation layer) is made of 304L stainless steel plate. The stainless steel outer skin and tail valve box are beautiful in appearance, the structure of the whole vehicle is reasonable, the weight is light, and the strength is good.
4. Each bin has its own unloading port (self-retaining valve) and feeding port (manhole).
