Chengli 65QZ50/110N (S) high lift head sprinkler water pump is applicable to users of sprinkler with high requirements on lift. The maximum head can reach 110 meters. The actual lift is affected by power, pipeline, wind resistance and other environments.

Structural features of Water Pump:

1. 65QZB40/50 water pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump with an increase gearbox, which is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, mechanical seal, shaft, increase gearbox and other components.

2. The power required for water pump operation is directly provided by the truck engine through the PTO(power take-off). As a ground pump station, it can also be driven by motor or diesel engine.

3. When the water source contains sediment and sundries, the inlet of the suction pipe shall be placed in the mesh cover. The total area of the mesh cover through-hole shall be more than 300cm2, and the mesh diameter shall be less than 6mm

4. The shaft seal of the water pump adopts mechanical seal, so the pump operates reliably and has a long service life. 

Use requirements of Water Pump:

1. Before starting, check whether the oil in the gearbox is sufficient. Note: After the new water pump is used for one week, the gear oil should be drained and replaced with a new gear oil.

2. Check whether there is enough liquid in the water pump and whether the drain valve is closed.

3. Open a small amount of outlet pipe valves and fully open the inlet pipe valves.

4. The suction pipe mouth of the water pump shall be immersed below the liquid level of 30cm to prevent air suction. The filter screen at the suction pipe mouth shall not be too tight, let alone blocked.

Special Reminder:

1. The water pump must be filled with water before operation, otherwise the mechanical seal will be damaged and cause water leakage;

2. When the temperature is lower than zero, the water in the pump must be drained after the work is completed, otherwise the pump box will be broken due to icing;

3. When the water source contains silt, long fiber impurities and water intake, it is required to prevent damage to the mechanical seal and impeller in the suction pump;

4. Within the normal self-priming height, the water has not come out 2 minutes after the pump is started, please stop and check immediately!
